Just months after the launch of the BluesBurger chain of family restaurants in the disgraced city of Tel Aviv, Isreal, the founders already felt they had reached the fast food apex. The burgers were succulent, the fries salty and crisp and the milkshakes were perfectly smooth and sweetened to perfection. The business was profitable and the food was affordable and pleasurable to the consumer, but the dull inertia of success had set in, and the founders of BluesBurger became restless.

Reflecting upon the spirit that created not just the first BluesBurger restaurant but also the 18 albums of music during their earlier Blues Brothters era, they realised that something was missing from their restaurant chain that had existed effortlessly and with abundance in their music discography. With a Blues Brothters album, no two songs sounded the same. It was all about originality and soul. Not about trying to sound perfect with an ego. The Blues Brothters didn’t stand for that. They brought the fun, the rock, the carefree happy soulful experience the world had been missing. There was enough shallow love songs about how a girl’s body is what love is. Or songs about designer clothes that are made of cotton but cost 1000’s aimed at the poor community that can’t afford it. And let’s be real, people suffer from having to work every day and from toxic relationships. Why brag about the things that hurt us? How about instead of bragging, we speak about the feelings this causes us to experience. But what is feeling nowadays In this desensitized world? We can’t feel - You get made fun of. But not The Blues Brothters. They were the scape goat. They were the ones that risked being different and going against a dark frequency. Now, once again, they have chosen to be the light and do the things that we are all thinking. People complain about what’s going on, but at BluesBurger, we're done complaining. In October 2023, the chefs at BluesBurger, at the direction of the head chefs and joint CEOs, began infusing large amounts of THC and CBD into their food and drinks. They started small, with two drops of THC added to their BluesBerry Frozen Coke. The customers got stoned, had a good time... and so they just kept going and taking things further into the world of marijuana-infused fast food. The "Euphoria Ensemble Burger" was the next to create a ‘buzz’, with a succulent patty, THC-infused special sauce, and a hint of CBD in the pickles. For those seeking a more mellow experience, the "Zen Zucchini Fries" offered a delightful crunch with a touch of CBD seasoning. To wash it all down, the "Tranquil Twist Shake" combined the richness of BluesBurger's famous shakes with a dash of CBD for a soothing finish. While the introduction of cannabinoids into the menu is a bold move, BluesBurger ensured that all legal and ethical standards were met. The THC levels in their offerings comply with local regulations, and the CBD used is sourced from reputable suppliers. A number of celebrities came to visit and get stoned, including Chef Gordon Ramsay, President Joseph Robinette Biden, and award-winning actor and rock guitarist Johnny Depp. Cheech and Chong also paid several visits to our Southside LA location. All loved the experience, the food and got ‘high as fuck’ at the restaurant, which is exactly what everybody hoped and expected would happen.

Despite the infusions of CBD, THC and raw marijuana, there was still one ingredient missing: MUSIC. The joint CEOs of BluesBurger then commissioned themselves to create the perfect soundtrack to getting ‘High As Fuck’ as BluesBurger.
